Struggling to feel the difference our perfectly fitting swimsuits make? We want you to fall in love with your new Nip Tuck swimwear. If you wish to return your purchase, we offer you either a:
- Store Credit* (3 year expiry).
- Exchange** OR
- Full Refund*
*If the order was paid for with a gift card, the money will be returned back onto the gift card. Gift cards cannot be returned for cash.
**Exchanges are only available for AU and US customers at this time.
*Refunds exclude shipping costs. These charges will not be refunded.
If your swimwear fits the following criteria, it is eligible for a return:
- Full priced (not marked with ‘FINAL SALE’)*
- Recent orders within the last 30 days.
- In original condition, un-worn and un-washed with tags and hygiene label attached.
PLEASE NOTE : Items marked as ‘FINAL SALE’ cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Items obtained using a discount code or temporary promotion can be returned through the online returns portal, unless the items are marked with FINAL SALE.
Oh no! Whilst this situation is unlikely, it can happen! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so our customer support team can help you reach a resolution. This email must include:
- Your order number.
- Your style number.
- 2 images (minimum) of the faulty item.
Discounts and Promotions:
Please be aware that sale items with ‘FINAL SALE’ in the title are not eligible for a return.
Items acquired using a discount code will be accepted for returns through the online portal, unless the items are marked with FINAL SALE.
Purchases made prior to an item going on sale are non-negotiable for a refund percentage once the sale of this item begins.
Please note that exchanges are only available for AU and US customers at this time.
There is a 28-day period between when you submit your exchange and when you drop it off at the post office. Please return your item to the Post Office as soon as possible to avoid missing out in case your item sells out.
Once your exchange is dropped off at the Post Office, your package will display as “In Transit” and your order will be created and shipped. If you don’t manage to drop off your item in time at the Post Office and your item sells out your exchange request will convert into a standard return and you will be refunded for you items.
RETURNS PRICING AND PROCEDURES
Returns pricing Australia:
Select store credit or exchange to avoid any postage costs and receive credit for your next purchase.
For ALL refunds, return pricing is calculated based on item weight.
To return your products in Australia:
1. Use the link below to submit a returns request*
2. Upon approval of your request*, you will receive an email containing instructions for you to carry out your return. Follow these instructions to create a shipping label with Australia Post.
3. Download and print your return label. Tape this securely to your parcel. Do not obstruct the barcode.
4. Prepare to ship your products by packing them in postal standard packaging.
5. Take your parcel to your nearest Australia Post office as soon as possible.
*Please allow up to 2 business days for your request to be approved.
Returns pricing New Zealand & Rest of World:
Nip Tuck Swim are not liable for the cost of return shipping for any customer located outside of Australia. We suggest using your own national postal service for the most cost-effective delivery option.

To return your products in New Zealand & Rest of World:

We recommend sending your package via a registered postal service or express postage to ensure tracking is available. Nip Tuck Swim do not assume responsibility for lost packages. If tracking is available on your package, please send an email to our customer support team and provide us with your tracking information.
Your refund or store credit can take up to 4-6 business days to be processed once we have received your return. Banks and payment services (such as Paypal and Afterpay) may take up to 5-10 business days to clear funds into your account.
