How can I reach customer service?

The Nip Tuck Swim Team are Australian based. Our operating hours are Monday – Friday, 0800 – 1700 AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time).

Please allow the Nip Tuck Swim team 48 hours to address your email inquiry.

My discount code never made it to my inbox, what do I do?

Sometimes our emails like to take a detour in your junk and spam folders. Please check these folders in your inbox to make sure our email didn’t end up there.

Still haven’t found it? Send us an email at info@niptuckswim.com and we will assist in locating and delivering your code to you!

Orders

Will I be notified when you’ve received my order?

Yes! When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and the details of your order. If you do not receive this email, contact us at info@niptuckswim.com so our customer service team can re-send this confirmation to you.

Can I amend my order after I place it?

Based on the status of your order, we may be able to make minor changes to your purchase, inclusive of cancelling an item or swapping an item for a different size. We cannot however combine orders or add items to existing orders. If you need to make any changes to your order, please email info@niptuckswim.com immediately and we will try our best to assist you.

I need to cancel my order! Help!

Don’t worry, we’re here to help! If you need to cancel your purchase, email us at info@niptuckswim.com within 4 hours of submitting your order. We cannot cancel your order after 4 hours.

Will I be notified when my order is on the way?

Yes! Once we have dispatched your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us with tracking information enclosed. You’ll be able to use this information to track your parcel using the link below once it is picked up by our courier.

For our Australian domestic customers, we use AUS POST services. You can find them here

For our Nip Tuck Swim ladies that are a hop, skip and jump away in New Zealand, we use DHL Express services. You can find them here

I need to track my order, how do I do this?

Can’t find where to track your order? We suggest either contacting your service provider directly or emailing us at info@niptuckswim.com

Some of my order did not arrive, what do I do?

We’re so sorry that we misplaced some of your order! Contact our customer service team at info@niptuckswim.com as soon as possible and we will help to fix this issue.

The swimsuit that I purchased is faulty – what do I do?

Whilst this is an unlikely occurrence, it can still happen! We are terribly sorry and want to help fix this as quickly as possible. Please send an email to info@niptuckswim.com with the following information:


• Order number
• Style information
• Two images (minimum) of the fault.

Our customer service team will review this and respond within 48 hours with a resolution.

The swimsuit I ordered is no longer available, what do I do?

Sometimes the stock showing on our website may not match to the stock that is sitting in our warehouse. If you order an item that is unavailable, the Nip Tuck Swim team will email you with an update on your order and the options available to amend or refund your purchase.

What payment portals can I pay through?

What currencies do you take?

We process all our orders in AUD (Australian Dollar). If you live in New Zealand, the charge on your order will be converted into NZD (New Zealand Dollar) as these funds leave your bank account. The exchange rate used will depend on your bank’s daily conversion rate, this may change from day to day.

How to use a promo code, gift card or store credit?

When you’re ready to check out, there is a dedicated section for promo codes on the right-hand side of your check out screen. There is a box here that you must enter your promo code into. Enter your code and hit ‘apply’. This will automatically apply to your order total which will display the discounted total.

Shipping

When should I expect my order to arrive?

The delivery timeframe of your order is subject to your shipping location and the volume of orders being processed at one time. But don’t wait by the window for the mailman all day, here are some guidelines:

Metropolitan Australia delivery: 3 – 5 business days
Regional Australia delivery: 5 – 10 business days
New Zealand: 3 – 7 business days

Please note these are guidelines only. Nip Tuck Swim are not liable for delivery delays. These timeframes reflect recommendations by our delivery partner and are subject to fluctuations. For time-accurate information, contact your delivery service provider directly.

I need express shipping, how can I organise this?

We want to get your tummy control swimsuit to you as soon as we can, but we do not offer express delivery at this time.

Do you ship to all countries worldwide?

We cannot ship to countries outside of Australia and New Zealand at this time.

BUT our distribution network may be able to assist in delivering to other countries. If this applies to you, please send us an email at info@niptuckswim.com and our customer service team will help you find a solution.

We also offer our products on Amazon Prime and Walmart which makes our products more widely available to non-AU/NZ countries.

Will taxes and duties be charged on top of my order?

International customers that do not live in Australia and New Zealand are responsible for the payment of any customs charges, taxes or import duties incurred by their order. These costs will be charged either at point of delivery or after this time.

Nip Tuck Swim are not liable for these charges nor have any control over the amounts charged. Therefore, we cannot provide any estimates of these charges as they vary.
Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

YES! We do!

We want to make sure that your affordable designer swimsuit makes it to you so please ensure all your information is correct on your order. Nip Tuck Swim do not assume responsibility for loss or damage to your package when being delivered to your PO box.

I need to change my shipping address – How can I do this?

No worries! Please send your ORDER NUMBER and correct shipping information to info@niptuckswim.com immediately. We can arrange a delivery to your correct address.

If your order has already been shipped, you must contact the courier to re-direct your package.

Nip Tuck Swim is not responsible for lost packages once they have left our warehouse.

How much do I need to pay for shipping?

All orders over AUD$150 are FREE! If your order is valued at less than AUD$150, a charge of AUD$9.50 will be incurred for delivery.

I haven’t received my package, but my courier says it is delivered, help!

It is imperative that you contact the courier directly and use your waybill / tracking number to get PROOF OF DELIVERY from them. Once you have received this and cannot locate the package, email our team at info@niptuckswim.com and the team will assist you in finding a resolution.

Why is my delivery taking longer than expected?

Unfortunately, with COVID-19, we are in unprecedented times. The world has been impacted by border restrictions and minimal flight availability which means we cannot guarantee that your package may not arrive in the timeframe provided by your courier.

Returns

Under what circumstances am I eligible for a return?

Struggling to feel the difference our perfectly fitting swimsuits make? We want you to fall in love with your new Nip Tuck swimwear. If you wish to return your purchase, we offer you either a 110% Store Credit (no expiration) or a full refund*

*Returns exclude shipping charges. We are unable to refund these costs.

If your swimwear fits the following criteria, it is eligible for a return:
• Full priced (not marked with ‘FINAL SALE’)*
• Recent orders within the last 30 days.
• In original condition, un-worn and un-washed with tags and hygiene label attached.

PLEASE NOTE: Items marked as ‘FINAL SALE’ will not be accepted for a return.

Items obtained using a discount code or temporary promotion can be returned through the online returns portal.

What’s the process for returning my order?

You can return an item(s) for either a refund or 110% store credit on a full priced order.

Can I return my swimsuits even though I bought them on sale?

Items marked as ‘FINAL SALE’ cannot be returned under any circumstances unless the item is faulty.

How many days do I have to return my order?

We allow returns within 30 days of ordering.

When can I expect my return to be processed?

Your refund or store credit may take 4-6 business days to be processed once we have received your return. Banks and payment services (such as Paypal and Afterpay) may take up to 2-10 business days to clear funds into your account.

How much will my return cost?

All refunds incur a flat rate charge of AUD$9.50 to return.

Returns exchange for a 110% store credit are free!

Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Do you offer exchanges?

We are unable to offer straight exchanges.

However, if you return your items for a 110% store credit, you can re-purchase the swimsuit you desired in the correct size or print. (Returns shipping is also free for store credit returns).

Gift Cards

Do you have gift cards available?

There’s no better gift than a Nip Tuck Swim gift card! Gift cards are available in $AUD. They do not expire after the date of purchase.

Follow these steps to purchase:

1. On our homepage scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the heading GIFT CARD under Company Info

2. Click that link and choose the amount you wish to load on it.

3. Click add to cart or buy now to complete your purchase.

After purchase, your gift card will be sent to your email address with all instructions enclosed. We do not issue physical gift cards. Standard delivery charges apply when Gift Cards are purchased along with physical products.

My gift card isn’t working – what do I do?

Oh no! Send an email to our customer service team at info@niptuckswim.com so we can assist you.

Can I refund my Gift Card?

We do not exchange gift cards for cash. All funds that were used purchased to purchase items being returned will be refunded back to you as a store credit which can be redeemed on another purchase.
